Early Childhood Education Sports Coach (soccer)
SF Tots is a local child development sports program in San Francisco. We are looking for amazing coaches to join our team! This is the perfect position for anyone looking for a rewarding experience helping kids learn about sports, while having fun in a social and non-competitive environment! We currently have part-time coaching hours available.
Coaches will engage children from 2 to 7 years of age in imaginative games that help improve their motor coordination, social, and sports skills. Classes are highly creative and full of energy, so be prepared to have fun! Classes are held both mornings and afternoons throughout the week and on weekends.
All candidates should:
Be prepared to have fun while working with young children.
Be energetic, outgoing, and enjoy yourself!
Have a basic understanding of soccer, basketball and/or baseball
Have CPR & First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them (we pay for your certification!).
Be available to work weekday and/or weekend shifts.
Super cool if you have these, but not required:
Have the necessary 12 Early Childhood Education credits to teach in a preschool setting
Are fluent in Spanish

Youth Sports Program Coordinator
Popular children's sports program has an opening for a Program Coordinator. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves sports and teaching young children. We are looking for a leader with early childhood education experience who plays or has coached sports.
The ideal candidate will have early childhood teaching experience in a daycare or preschool along with soccer experience as a collegiate player and/or coach. Experience in coaching/playing/loving other sports is a plus, especially basketball and baseball.
The Program Coordinator will manage the program by:
Coaching 15-20 classes per week
Field set-up and clean-up
Scheduling classes, coaches, and locations with a variety of programming
Registration for classes
Customer Service with parents (email, phone, and in person)
Assisting the Program Director with various duties
All candidates must:
be great working with young children and communicating with parents
be extremely well organized and able to multitask effectively
possess innate Customer Service skills: written, telephone and in person
be very dependable and take pride in their work
have proven administration skills (computer & office management)
have a clean driving record
have CPR & First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them (we pay for your certification!).
have experience with online cloud applications such as Google Apps, Dropbox, etc.
Super cool if you have these, but not required:
the necessary ECE credits to teach in a preschool setting
experience running programs geared towards young children
fluent in Spanish
If you are passionate about children and sports, this is a great position for you.
This is a FULL TIME position - you must be able to work weekends except major holidays and in between seasons when there are no classes. The work week may be changed as we hire more full time coaches.
